Compleat Cricket
A timely release before the start of the season, Compleat Cricket: eight days in September is Norwich-based author Tim Cawkwell’s latest book and a lovely account of the closing rounds of the 2017 County Championship. Essex had already clinched the County Championship and so all eyes were drawn towards the bottom of Division One and the scramble between five teams to avoid relegation.

Emma first book – Following on – has recently been announced as the prestigious Wisden book of the year for 2017.
Emma’s talk will be unmissable for anyone who followed England through the dark, barren years of the 1990s and still has a soft spot for Michael Atherton, Alec Stewart or John Crawley!

Really pleased to let you all know that Emma John will be coming to Norwich on Thursday 23rd February 2017 (7.45pm) to talk to us about her book – Following On.
Emma is a former deputy editor of Observer Sport Monthly and The Wisden Cricketer and in 2008 was the first woman to win a Sports Journalism Award.
